The staff was very friendly and helpful .

We faced issues with extra towels. The owners yelled at my husband for requesting them. Housekeeping only cleaned every other day, which left us with dirty towels to use again. We also had persistent problems with the key cards. They made us return to the front desk multiple times for replacements.

The pool area is NICE too.

It was based in nice building in a great location, in the middle of jackson. Found a place called Bellagio Pizza, set close to the hotel, ate there a few times.

everything was good, marvellous location short walk to the outskirts of snyder, and texas, really great experience. the a double room was well-appointed with full sized refrigerator and the bathroom, for instance. it was nice to find a microwave and a fridge.

Room was spacious with a full-sized refrigerator, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a clean bathtub. Enjoyed the comfortable king bed and the TV with cable channels. Nice indoor pool added a relaxing vibe, even though we didn't use it. A great stay that met our needs.
